I have coached, trained and mentored dozens of project managers in my 20+ years of experience as a project management professional. I have consulted, designed, co-created and led change initiatives in processes and digital tools for external and internal clients. I dissect, reassemble and design business processes for operational excellence.

Now my passion is providing transformational coaching to young “adulting” professionals and mid-life, mid-career professionals, with a generous serving of positive psychology, empathy and compassion, to provide strategic guidance that is results-driven.

I help Gen Z’s and Millennials who are experiencing tension and uncertainty while navigating career transitions, leadership growth, and other significant changes at work or in their personal lives.
